How Fast Will the Jewelry Ship?

Most ELIBURCH jewelry is handmade to order. Our typical production turnaround is 6-8 weeks, however if you have a need for a rush order please reach out to us so that we may try to accommodate your request. If the piece that you ordered is in stock, it will ship out the following business day.
Do You Offer International Shipping?

Yes, we do ship internationally. There are some countries that have import restrictions that prohibit us from shipping jewelry. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be imposed by your local country at the time of delivery. We recommend verifying what your particular country's duties are before ordering. We do not collect any international duties at the time of purchase.
How Do I Care for My ELIBURCH Jewelry?

Please protect your jewelry from impact with hard or abrasive surfaces.
Remember that contact with cosmetics, perfumes, household chemicals and extreme temperatures can damage fine jewelry.
Store your fine jewelry in a clean and dry fabric lined pouch or box when not wearing it.
Jewelry with gemstones or pearls should be stored in individual compartments to avoid scratches.
We find it best to clean jewelry at home using a mixture of mild dish soap and water. Gently clean your jewelry with a soft toothbrush.
Please do not use an ultrasonic machine with pearls or colored gemstones.
